Can i use eon card(unionbank) for hotel bookings?

i don't have a credit card so i applied for the eon debit card.i already booked a flight for hk using my cousin's credit card,problem is she won't be travelling with us.so we can't book a hotel yet(no prob with the airline snce they dont need the card for check in ive done it twice)so can i use the eon card to book a hotel in agoda or any other booking site?thanks!
