Should i stop taking my prenatal vitamins or not?

im 8 weeks 4 days pregnant.. When i have taken the prenatal vitamins it would stop making me go to the toliet, and when i could it would really hurt because it was thick from the tablets. It really hurts my tummy to the point i cry it hurts that bad. If i stop taking them will it hurt my baby? Please help :(
