My friends dog was abused...?

some people are discustingly cruel what sort of person would do that to a poor defensive dog he is sick and desirves to be abused like that him self report him to the rspca so he wont be able to do that to any other animals ! the dog is proberbly extremly tramatizied just keep him calm let him gain her trust try giving him different food and tell your friend to ring the vets and ask for advice as the dog might be ill of the beatings and he might need treatment the vets wont judge her long as she tells them what happend but make sure she takes them to the vets !!!
