Are there any smart phones & carriers that have Adobe Flash Player on them at this time on the market?

I was wondering because I can't see to find a straight answer i.e. YES or NO online anywhere when I ask this specific question. Thanks for your time. Stacey P.S. Not tablets just smart phones.
