What is the smallest laptop possible? is it known as tablet computer?

If its called tablet computer, then does it mean that it can be carried in pocket like cell phone? And would it have full internet capabilities like regular computer -- like broadband, pdf file, flash player, ms-word, etc etc? If so, where can I buy it from? that would be awesome. And what would be the cheapest one
