A white tablet with "L484" on it, okay for headaches?

I have a terrible pounding headache and happened to find two white tablets with "L484" printed on them. Are they alright to take, and if so, will they rid of my headache? I read somewhere that is is some kind of Tylenol, but need to be sure. Thanks in advance.
