I'm Type 1 Diabetic, Can I get glucose Tablets on prescription?

I've had type 1 for 7 months, and I seem to get through a lot of those Glucose Tablets. I've heard people say they have had it on their prescription. I'm in Scotland so it's the NHS Scotland.
